1 stick + 1 T melted butter
Pour over 1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
Place 1/2 of mixture on bottom of casserole dish
Mix:
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 grated carrots
2-3 grated zucchinis
1 onion, chopped
Spread over the stuffing in pan, then top with remaining dressing (creating 3 layers: stuffing, cream mix, stuffing)
Bake at 350 deg for 30-45 min.
