Sausage Strata

6 slices bread
1 lb sausage
1 t. prepared mustard
1/4 lb grated swiss
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 t. milk
1 t. Worchestershire

Place bread slices in greased casserole. Brown and drain sausage. Stir in mustard. Sprinkle over bread then sprinkle w/ cheese.
Combine milk, eggs, and seasonings.
Pour over casserole. Let set overnight.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

We put lots more cheese on top :)

This is a receipe that the Ralph Thulin family still uses to this day. This was introduced to our family by Paige when she was a young bride and young mother. This is truly a family favorite and one that brings back happy memories. I have shared this receipe all over (and I mean all over-Alaska, Canada, Texas, KC and where ever else I may live!)

OK SEE ALL YOU FREAKS in my "family" that say you dont like this xmas morning - my goodness ! It's SO good - THANK YOU DENISE - I'm telling you I have always loved this and made it at xmas and just this year I made something different and everyone said "OH THANK GOD YOU DIDNT MAKE THAT " XMAS Breakfast casserole again"
