Pasta House Salad

1 head iceburg lettuce
1/3 head romaine lettuce
1 c. artichoke hearts
1 c sliced red onion
1 c diced pimentos, drained
combine above, top with dressing below
mix together 2/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 t salt
1/4 t coarsely ground black pepper
2/3 c. freshly grated parmigiano cheese.
