Mix together and chill:
1 c oil
1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 t soda
1 t cream of tartar
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t lemon flavor
4 1/2 c. flour
Spoon out with tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sip glass into sugar and flatten each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
