Bake a german chocolate cake mix as directed on box in a 9x13.
Cool for 15 minutes. Poke holes in warm cake with handle of wooden spoon every 1/2 inch or so.
Drizzle with 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk.
let stand until absorbed into cake.
Then drizzle with 1 17oz jar caramel, butterscotch, or fudge topping.
Cover and refridgerate for 2 hours. Spread with Cool Whip, then sprinkle with 1 8oz bag of toffee bits. Refridgerate covered.
