2 c. sugar
2/3 c. karo
1/2 c water
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 t vanilla
Peanut Butter
Combine sugar, Karo, and water. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cook to 270 degrees. Slowly pour over egg whites, beating constantly. Add vanilla. Beat until mixture holds its shape. Roll out on wax paper.
Spread with peanut butter, then roll up jelly roll style and slice.
