Mom's Garlic Cheese Grits

2 c. cooked grits
1 stick parkay
3 t seasoning salt
2 t salt
crushed garlic clove (or dash of garlic powder)

Cook until thick.
Cool then add 3 eggs, beaten and 1-12 oz bag grated sharp cheddar.

Place in bakeware, cover with foil.
Bake at 275 deg for 1 hour
