Mom's Chili Burgers

2 lbs gr beef
1 pkg Williams Chili Seasoning Mix
Tomato Juice

Brown beef w/ seasoning
Simmer 10 min, drain.
Add tomato juice.
Simmer until juice is mostly absorbed, at least 30 minutes.

(Especially good after made and frozen..then reheated--best flavor)
