Meatwhirl Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lb gr beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
2 t horseradish
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz cheddar, shredded

Lightly mix first 4 ingred. with 1/2 c. tomato sauce
On wax paper, pat meat into 10x14 rectangle

Sprinkle with cheese. Roll from short side as far a jelly roll, then press ends to seal.
Place loaf in pan, seam side down.
Bake 350 deg 45 min.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake another 15 minutes.
