4 c. cooked elbow macaroni (drained)
2 c. grated cheddar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c sour cream
4 T butter, cut in pieces
1/2 t salt
1 c. milk
While cooked macaroni is still hot, add the cheddar. In a seperate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour into a casserole and bake 350 degrees 30-45 min. Top with additional cheese if desired. (I usuall chunk about 1/4 lb of velveeta and stick chunks down into the casserole before I bake it-that way you get little puddles of cheese here and there)
