2 T paprika
1 T coarsley gr pepper
1 T ground cumin
1 T brown sugar
1 T salt
2 t gr coriander
1 t dried thyme
1 t gr red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t gr allspice
Mix and use as a rub on meat-store in tightly covered container up to 6 mo.
makes 1/3 cup.
