1 1/2 c. flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
3 c. quick oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
Stir flour, salt and oats.
In large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Pack cookie dough into five 6 oz juice cans and cover up ends with plastic wrap.
Chill overnight.
Remove one can at a time from refridgeration. Open closed end and push dough out. Cut into 1/4" slices and place a few inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with rest.
Bake at 350 deg for 10 min.
