2 lbs hamburger
1 sm onion
2 cans green chilies (drained)
1/2 can rotel
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. half and half
2 lbs grated sharp cheddar (use 1/2 now and 1/2 later)
1 pkg corn tortillas
dash crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Brown beef and onions. Add next 5 ingredients to melt. Layer bottom of a 9x13 with 6 to 8 torn up tortillas.
Add a layer of the meat mixture. Add another layer of torn up tortillas.
Put rest of meat mixture on top of tortillas and cover the top with the other half of the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes-1 hour or until top is as brown as you like it.
