Cook and bone chicken, saving broth
In saucepan, combine 2 cups broth with one can of creamed soup (we use celery or chicken, or mushroom)
Bring to a boil.
Lay chicken in 9x12 pan and pour soup mixture over.
Combine 1 stick oleo melted, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 t salt, 1 c. self rising flour, and 2 t baking powder
Pour this over the chicken mixture, bake at 350 deg for 25 min until crust is brown.
