Flanery's Mexican Salad

1 lb gr beef, browned and drained
Add 1 can kidney beans (drained)
Heat then add 2-3 dashes tabasco

In seperate bowl, combine
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheddar
4 tomatoes chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 avacado
Thousand Island dressing, OR russian dressing.

Top w/ meats and beans, serve with chips.
