Egg and Cheese Souffle

7 slices white bread
2 jars sharp cheese spread

Butter bread and spread with cheese.
Layer in 9 in casserole dish
Beat 5 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 t salt
Pour over bread.
Bake at 325 degrees in a covered casserole until almost done.
Remove lid to brown. Serve hot and fluffy just out of the oven.
It will fall if left too long.

Ok can we delete this - cause I made it like so many xmas' and no one bothered to tell me they didnt like it - but then I dont like them EITHER !?! waaaaaaaaa ha ha!
