3 c. cooked rice
8 halves-split chicken breast
8 slices swiss cheese
1 c cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c butter, melted
1 c. crushed croutons
Arrange chicken over rice in greased 9x13 pan
Top with cheese slices.
Mix soup and wine, spoon over top.
Sprinkle croutons over, drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min.
