Mix together and pat in bottom of 8x12 pan:
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Bake 15 min. at 375 deg, cool.
Combine and spread on cooled crust:
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg carton Cool Whip
Mix together until smooth:
2 sm pkgs choco instant pudding
3 c. milk
Spread over creamed mixture and crust
Top with other 1/2 carton of the Cool Whip.
Let set 8 ours in fridge before serving.
