1 lb cubed chicken breast-browned
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can rotel
1 can mild enchilada sauce
toppings: crushed tortilla chips and grated cheese
Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.
Bring to a boil over low heat-stir constantly. (this burns quick!)
Serve with chips and cheese on top
