Place brisket of beef in broiler pan.
Pour over met 3 oz liquid smoke
Sprinkle both sides of meat with onion, celery, and garlic salts.
Let set in fridge overnight.
Next am sprinkle both sides of meat w/ salt, pepper and worchestershire.
Place in oven, cover and seal with foil.
Bake 275 deg for 5 hours for 5-6 lbs of meat.
Uncover and pour on 6 oz bbq sauce.
Bake another hour.
Remove meat to platter and let sauce cool. Remove fat.
a 2T flour and 1/2 c. water (mixed) to meat sauce. Add more bbq for flavor.
Slice against the grain.

This receipe was given to me by Paige many years ago and I still use this one to this day. It is one of my favorites.
OH MAN - Denise !! cool !! we still make this all the time too - it's so easy - but everyone is so amazed.... !!! HA those are the BEST recipes arent they !
