Banana Cake

2 1/2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 t brown sugar
1 1/4 t soda
1 1/4 t salt
sift together

Beat: 2/3 c shortening
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. ripe mashed bananas (3-4)
Beat 2 minutes

Add 3 eggs and 1/3 c. buttermilk (again) beat 2 more minutes

Add 2/3 c. nuts and flour mixture

Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan for 45-50 minutes

Icing:
small cream cheese brick
box of powdered sugar
milk to consistency
