2 lbs gr chuck
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c ketchup
1 t Accent
1/2 c warm water
1 pkg Liption onion soup mix
Mix thoroughly by hand. Place in a loaf pan.
Cover with 3 strips of raw bacon. Pour over this 8 oz can tomato sauce.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
