1 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. All Bran cereal
2-3 tsp salt
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs well beaten
2 pks yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
6-7 c. flour
Combine shortening, sugar, bran, and salt. Add boiling water. Stir until sugar melts. Cook to lukewarm.
Add eggs and yeast that has been softened in the lukewarm water.
Add 3 cups of the flour and beat well.
Add rest of flour and beat well.
Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise till doubled (about 1 hr)
Shape into rolls, then let rise again until double.
Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 min.
(Dough may be refridgerated after kneading)
