7 Minute Frosting

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c water
2 egg whites
1 t Karo
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t vanilla

In top of couble boiler, mix all except vanilla.
With mixer at high speed, beat over simmering water about 7 minutes or til frosting stands in stiff flossy peaks. remove from heat.
Beat in vanilla.
Nina uses this for Angel Food cake.
